Spring Sculptures
The Brief
We wanted to take the atelier into the displays for this campaign. We made use of sculpture, canvas and a colour theme, to blend with the products and achieve the desired look.
The Design Process
The sculptures were 3D printed in sections and cast in a structured resin, to give the surface texture of plaster.
The aim was to create shapes that could be grouped together, but also stand alone. Each shape reveals its story, governed by the direction and intensity of the light. I wanted to use curves, recesses, sharp edges and soft corners to confuse and harmonize at the same time.
